Scope and use of the website
These terms and user agreement govern your use of the Happy Pet Harbor website and purchases from RaeHouser Trading LLC. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not interfere with website security or misuse customer support services.
Products and availability
Our padded handle rope leash is available to buy in blue, pink and lime green. Its stated dimensions are 1.5 m in length and 1.0 cm in width. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Availability is confirmed before payment. Product photos and photo-based showcase videos illustrate the product; no load rating or tested strength is claimed.
Customer accounts and cart
Browsing products and selecting colors do not require an account. You must register or sign in before adding products to your cart. Your cart is stored with your account and can be accessed on another device after sign-in. Keep your password confidential and provide accurate information. A cart does not reserve inventory or constitute an accepted order. Email ownership is not verified automatically; automated password reset is not currently available.
Purchase process
Choose your color on the product page and check out securely with card through Stripe. You can also send a purchase enquiry to customer support; we confirm availability, delivery details and the total amount before payment. Enquiries do not place an order or reserve stock. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after successful payment. If an error affects a price or product description, we will explain it before accepting the order and allow you to decline the corrected offer.
Payment, shipping and returns
Our payment and billing policy, shipping policy and returns and refunds policy explain the applicable purchase conditions. These policies form part of these terms.
Product use
Choose equipment appropriate for your dog and inspect the leash and clip before each use. Stop using damaged equipment. A leash does not replace supervision and should not be used to leave an animal tied up unattended.
Privacy and customer rights
Our privacy notice explains how we handle information. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Policy updates
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The purchase terms agreed when your order is accepted apply to that order. Contact customer support with any question about these terms.
