Destinations and free shipping
We offer free standard shipping for our rope leash to the contiguous 48 United States. Customers in Alaska or Hawaii should contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery availability and an estimated delivery time. For U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses and other special addresses, contact us to confirm service before purchasing. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders ship from Addison, Illinois, USA.
Transit time
Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is separate from the order processing time. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier disruptions, weather and holidays can affect delivery. Delivery estimates for Alaska, Hawaii and special addresses are provided individually before purchase.
Tracking and address details
We send tracking information by email when it is available after dispatch. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly to request an address change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Shipping delays or missing packages
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised dispatch estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. For a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered package, contact customer support with your order reference so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
