Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. Purchase and support correspondence may include your name, delivery address, phone number, requested products and order information. We use this information to answer questions, manage purchases, arrange delivery and resolve order issues.
Service providers
We share information needed to fulfil an accepted order with relevant warehouse and shipping providers, such as the recipient name, delivery address and necessary contact information. If a payment provider is enabled, it processes payment information under its own privacy notice; we may receive transaction and payment-status information. Payments are processed by Stripe, which tells us when a checkout is paid, the amount and any discount applied, and the email, delivery name, delivery address and phone number (if provided) entered at checkout; we keep that order record to ship and support your order. Reminder emails are sent through Resend, which receives your email address and the message content. We do not ask you to send payment card details by email.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and payment collection
We have not added advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies, and we keep daily totals of store steps (such as checkout visits and payment clicks) that are not linked to you. This website offers customer accounts. We store your name, email address, a protected password hash, account cart and any shipping address you save. Passwords are not stored in plain text. We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in; it is necessary for account features. The website does not collect card details. Product photos, videos and fonts are served from the website itself. If you start a card payment from your account but it is not completed, we may show you a one-time discount on the website and send one reminder email with that discount to your account email address. Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops further reminder emails. We will update this notice if new features change our information practices.
Retention and security
You can edit or delete your saved shipping address in your account. To request account deletion, contact support; ownership must be verified before deleting account information. We retain correspondence and order information as needed to provide support, fulfil purchases and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit sharing to relevant service providers and disclosures required by law. No internet transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.
